Wightwick Manor is a timber-framed Victorian manor house which sits in 17 acres of woodland and beautifully landscaped gardens.
It boasts an envious collection of pre-Raphaelite paintings from Evelyn De Morgan, Ford Madox Brown and Edward Burne-Jones, among others.
Aside from discovering the wealth of art on display, if you look hard enough, you may be able to find the secret staircase (exciting for children and adults alike!)

The grounds at Wightwick Manor and Gardens include two orchards where you will find more than 50 different varieties of apples, along with pears, plums and cherries in the kitchen garden.
You will also find well-kept yew hedges around the house and mature ponds nearer to the woodland, all of which are perfect for sitting down and enjoying a picnic.
You will find wooden reindeer dotted around the grounds and an extensive woodland play area complete with a see-saw, tree trail and many different climbing structures.
